Meet Michael – Head Chef
After high school, Michael was faced with a tough decision… go to a traditional university or go to culinary school. Choosing what he thought was the “safer” route, Michael went on to study marketing and business. The joy of cooking lingered on and Michael continued cooking for his friends and family. One day, he met a beautiful Cajun girl who sent him down to south Louisiana where he currently lives with his wife and their two children. Since moving to south Louisiana, Michael has been exposed to all kinds of amazing cultural dishes which only increases his love for food and cooking. He loves to cook traditional dishes, which he learned from growing up in the suburbs of Chicago, along with unique Cajun cuisine influenced by his new home.
Meet Kelly- Head Eater & Food Critic
Kelly loves food and is a master at finding new dishes to try. She has a self-proclaimed “sophisticated pallet” and is great at making our dishes better. Kelly does cook but has more of a passion for trying new foods, eating at new restaurants, and making sure our team is eating well-balanced meals.
Meet Connor – Sous Chef
This young man is an excellent helper in the kitchen and loves to cut vegetables, crack eggs, and get the dinner table ready for the family. But perhaps most importantly, he loves to look the part by wearing his apron and chef’s hat. His favorite foods include pizza, pancakes, and eggs.
Meet Greta a.k.a “Goose” – Sous Eater & Critic
Following in her momma’s footsteps, this bite-sized girl will be the first to tell you if the food is good or not (trust me). She too has a great pallet but isn’t fond of spicy foods. Her favorite foods are broccoli (I can’t believe it either), pizza, pasta, and gumbo.
