green tomatoes - medium
finely chopped

green or red bell peppers

hot pepper - jalapeno or Serrano

white vinegar
Instructions
Finely chop tomatoes and allow them to drain in a colander for 15-20 minutes
Chop other vegetables and add them to a large pot
Add spices, salt and sugar to the pot
Add drained tomatoes to the pot
Cover the mixture with white vinegar
Turn the heat to low and allow the mixture to simmer
When the mixture comes to a boil, put the mixture in hot sterilized jars and seal
Notes
Use as a condiment or topping for hot dogs, hamburgers, and sandwiches or as a side salad / appetizer
