cornmeal

whole milk

cheddar cheese (save half to top the bread)
grated

jalapeno peppers
2 finely chopped - 1 thinly sliced

green onions
finely chopped

eggs

Instructions
Preheat over to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients in a bowl - save the sliced jalapenos for topping
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Pour batter into the skillet and stir immediately until cheese is melted
Pour batter from the skillet into a 9x13 baking pan
Top with the remaining half of the cheese
Bake for 40 minutes
With 20 minutes remaining, top with the sliced jalapenos
